 ½ kg Scallops - Raw
 2 tbsp Butter - unsalted
 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 dash Salt
 1 dash Black Pepper - Ground
 500 g Broccoli

Heat coconut oil and butter in a pan.

Add the garlic, until brown.

Add the scallops. Stir until cooked.

Add the soy sauce. Continue cooking for 3 minutes.

Add the broccoli until cooked.

Season with salt and pepper.
