Tuna in Gata, Sayote and Spinach

Yields5 Servings

 500 g Tuna
 400 g Sayote - cut into smaller sizes
 4 cups Spinach
 500 ml Coconut Milk
 2 tbsp Ginger (sliced)
 1 tbsp Garlic - chopped
 2 tbsp Onion - chopped
 1 dash Iodized salt
 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
 3 tbsp Mixed powdered onion, garlic, pepper, salt, etc.

Wash the Tuna properly. Drain it; wipe with clean kitchen napkin

Rub the mixed powder unto the tuna; both sides

Set aside for 30 minutes or 1 hour

In a pan/pot, saute the ginger, onion and garlic until golden brown and the smell of the ginger comes out.

Add the sayote. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the tuna; arrange it properly. Simmer for 3 minutes for each side on low to medium heat.

Add the coconut milk. Simmer until the sayote and tuna is tender.

Add the spinach. Simmer for 2 minutes

Serve and enjoy!
